I have experience with a number of applications and products and will use what works best for your small business. While I draw on my computer science degree and corporate experience, much of my web design and development skills are self-taught. The web changes rapidly so I'm constantly learning new applications and tools. Integrating social media into business sites is an especially exciting area. Here's my current toolkit.
